WELDING

For the further treatment and final assembly of the finished parts we also offer welding services, such as for example the welding on of clamping flanges, screw conveyors, retaining brackets and hoppers. Parts with very high quality standards are manufactured in robot welding cells. The welded joints are assessed by in-house welding experts on the latest equipment (micrograph analyses). In the sensitive area of aluminium welding, rm’s staff possess extensive knowledge. We handle steel, stainless steel and aluminium using the following processes:
